Evaluate the quality of spiritual tourism services in An Giang province using the IPA model

This study evaluates the quality of spiritual tourism services in An Giang province using the Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) model. Data were collected through convenience sampling from a survey of 115 tourists. The findings indicate that although most service quality criteria were rated highly in terms of performance, they still fell short of tourist expectations, particularly in the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Tourists also highlighted several strengths, including convenient transportation and diverse local specialties. Based on the results, the study proposes targeted solutions to enhance the quality of spiritual tourism services and support the sustainable development of An Giang province’s tourism sector.
