Ứng dụng công nghệ blockchain trong thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới: Tiềm năng, rủi ro và hàm ý chính sách cho Việt Nam

Bài viết tập trung phân tích khái niệm, tiềm năng, rủi ro và hàm ý chính sách của việc ứng dụng blockchain trong thương mại điện tử xuyên biên giới (TMĐT-XBG), đặc biệt tại Việt Nam. Bằng cách tổng hợp kinh nghiệm quốc tế từ Trung Quốc, Liên minh châu Âu và Singapore, bài viết làm rõ vai trò của blockchain trong nâng cao tính minh bạch chuỗi cung ứng, thúc đẩy logistics xanh, cải thiện hiệu quả thanh toán xuyên biên giới và giảm thiểu tranh chấp thương mại thông qua hợp đồng thông minh. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu chỉ ra những thách thức lớn doanh nghiệp Việt Nam đang phải đối mặt, bao gồm chi phí đầu tư cao, hạn chế về nhân lực công nghệ, hành lang pháp lý chưa hoàn thiện và rủi ro an ninh mạng. Từ đó, bài viết đề xuất các hàm ý chính sách nhằm hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp, đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa, tiếp cận blockchain một cách hiệu quả hơn, qua đó góp phần nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của TMĐT-XBG Việt Nam trong tiến trình hội nhập quốc tế.
