Abstract
Digital finance in Vietnam has experienced rapid growth, driven by the proliferation of financial services on digital platforms. Alongside these advancements, challenges in state management have emerged, highlighting the need for a comprehensive legal framework to regulate the sector and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders. However, the current legal framework faces gaps and lacks detailed implementation guidance for new and complex issues. This study examines the existing legal framework and policies governing digital finance in Vietnam and proposes recommendations for improvement to foster sustainable development and innovation in the digital finance sector.
