Enhancing the legal framework for commercial mediation in Vietnam

Abstract

Commercial mediation is a widely trusted and preferred method for resolving disputes. However, in Vietnam, the legal framework governing commercial mediation remains incomplete and faces several limitations. This study analyzes key shortcomings in the existing legal provisions and offers recommendations for improving the legal framework to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of commercial mediation in Vietnam
