60. Software Testing Overview

Abstract

Software testing is the process of evaluating the quality, features, functions, and performance of software to ensure that the end product matches the expected standards and requirements. Software testing aims to reduce errors and risks in using the end product, and also to increase the end product’s reliability and efficiency. Software testing play a key role in the software development process, ensuring the correctness, efficiency and responsiveness of the software. This paper is to provide an overview on the software development life cycle. This paper is expected to improve the the software development process’s efficiency and the software quality with the use of software development life cycle.
