56. Analyzing the Factors Affecting the Automotive Power Transmission System’s Performance

Abstract

The powertrain system of vehicles is responsible for transmitting power from the engine to the active wheels through the transmission system that drives the car. The transmission system includes clutches, gearboxes, cardan transmissions, differential gears, and active wheels. For each of these parts, the work process is affected by the individual factors that reduce their performance. This study presents the work of the automotive power transmission system in general. This study analyzes the factors affecting the operation of the automotive power transmission system, and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of this system.
Keywords
