Quản lý hệ sinh thái thích ứng với quản lý du lịch thông minh

Nghiên cứu tập trung vào khái niệm hệ sinh thái kinh doanh, đây là một lĩnh vực tương đối mới trong nghiên cứu quản lý. Hơn nữa, có một phương pháp nghiên cứu mới nổi trong khoa học xã hội có tên là “lý thuyết phức tạp”, coi hệ sinh thái và hệ sinh thái kinh doanh là những hệ thống thích ứng phức tạp. Mục đích chính là kết nối cả 2 phương pháp bằng cách mang đến những hiểu biết mới trên cơ sở tầm nhìn thông minh về du lịch. Đặc biệt, tác giả đề xuất một cuộc thảo luận lý thuyết về các khái niệm nói trên bằng cách áp dụng vào bối cảnh cụ thể của quản lý di sản công nghiệp.
