The Advancement of Strategic Management Accounting over Traditional Management Accounting

Abstract
There are various perspectives on the role of strategic management accounting compared to that of traditional management accounting. This paper employed qualitative descriptive and comparative methods to review various studies to understand, analyze, and compare management accounting and strategic management accounting, thereby drawing conclusions about the advancement of strategic management accounting. This paper aimed to highlight the role of management accounting.
