Project-based Learning Method for Mechanical Engineering Students
Published: July 28, 2026
Abstract
Project-based learning (PBL) is one of the most widely adopted learning methods in higher education. This approach has been integrated into specialized courses for Mechanical Engineering students at Tra Vinh University to promote learning through practical experiences and community engagement. The study evaluated the effectiveness of applying PBL to the Automotive Design and Repair course. Based on the findings, several recommendations were proposed to improve project guidance and assessment methods, thereby enhancing students’ competencies after graduation in the context of international integration
