Implementing an Academic Advising Chatbot for Information Technology Students

Abstract

By integrating artificial intelligence and big data, chatbots can now automate support services, improve customer experience, and reduce consultants' workload across many fields, especially in academic advising for students. This study proposed an experimental model that is designed to support Information Technology students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. The proposed chatbot aims to increase personalized student support, streamline information dissemination, and improve overall learning experiences.
