Bài viết đánh giá những cơ hội và thách thức trong công cuộc ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (Artificial Intelligence, viết tắt là AI) vào lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học. Từ đó, đưa ra một vài kiến nghị đối với Việt Nam trong hoạt động giáo dục và đào tạo nghề Luật bậc đại học, nhằm thúc đẩy một cách hiệu quả nhất mối quan hệ tương hỗ giữa giáo dục và AI. Bài viết sẽ góp phần thúc đẩy việc ứng dụng AI trong giáo dục đại học, đặc biệt trong đào tạo nghề Luật ở Việt Nam.
