THE INTERNAL CONTROL OF THE SALES-COLLECTION CYCLE AT PETROLIMEX INSURANCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (PJICO)

This study surveyed, analyzed, and evaluated the current situation and limitations in internal control of the sales-collection cycle at Petrolimex Insurance Joint Stock Company (PJICO). The study explored sales and collection activities and interviewed employees working for PJICO and its branches through 30 evaluation forms. The study's results showed that the internal control of the sales-collection cycle at PJICO is quite effective, but it still has some limitations. Based on the study's findings, some measures were proposed to improve PJICO's internal control of the sales-collection cycle in the coming time.
