Năng lượng tái tạo và định hướng phát triển cho Việt Nam

Tóm tắt

Phát triển năng lượng tái tạo (NLTT) là xu hướng tất yếu của toàn thế giới. Bài viết tổng quan các nghiên cứu trên thế giới về NLTT như đặc điểm của NLTT, ảnh hưởng của NLTT đến phát triển kinh tế và bảo vệ môi trường. Để phát triển NLTT, các rào cản thường được đề cập đến như chi phí đầu tư, chính sách hỗ trợ, giải pháp kỹ thuật và nguồn tài chính. Nghiên cứu tiếp tục đánh giá thực trạng NLTT tại Việt Nam, từ đó đưa ra các định hướng phát triển cho thời gian tới.
