Applying and developing ocean technology research for Vietnam

Abstract

This paper presented a literature review on ocean technology in Vietnam and around the world. This paper is expected to serve as a foundation for further ocean technology research in Vietnam. By conducting group interviews with experts who come from many fields, this paper proposed appropriate research areas on ocean technology in Vietnam.
