Kinh tế tuần hoàn đang trở thành một xu hướng phát triển quan trọng trên toàn cầu, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh tài nguyên thiên nhiên cạn kiệt và các vấn đề môi trường ngày càng nghiêm trọng. Bài viết này phân tích các kinh nghiệm thành công từ các quốc gia phát triển như Đức, Hoa Kỳ, Nhật Bản và Trung Quốc. Dựa trên thực trạng tại Việt Nam, bài viết nhận diện những thách thức Việt Nam đang gặp phải như thiếu khung pháp lý rõ ràng, công nghệ tái chế lạc hậu và nhận thức cộng đồng còn hạn chế. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một loạt giải pháp nhằm giúp Việt Nam vượt qua các hạn chế hiện tại và chuyển đổi sang mô hình phát triển bền vững.
