Phát triển kinh tế phi chính thức: góc nhìn từ quan điểm nhu cầu

Khu vực kinh tế phi chính thức đóng góp lớn vào GDP và tạo việc làm, nhưng cũng đặt ra nhiều thách thức về quản lý, thu thuế và công bằng xã hội. Bài viết vận dụng các lý thuyết kinh tế qua góc nhìn nhu cầu để phân tích nguyên nhân và động lực tham gia của các tác nhân trong khu vực kinh tế phi chính thức. Từ đó, nhóm tác giả đề xuất cách tiếp cận chính sách để cân bằng lợi ích và giảm thiểu tác động tiêu cực.
