Abstract
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted various aspects of daily life, including traditionally creative domains, as AI now produces literary and artistic works of remarkable value. However, Vietnamese legal regulations have yet to address copyright protection for works created with AI's contribution. This gap presents notable challenges for notaries in certifying transactions involving such works.
